Direct estimators started when we saw a need for people to be educated about the construction industry and in particular to clients who have never constructed something. There are many shortcuts taken and it must be understood that we live in a very self driven world, in which people only look out for their own best interest.
Our firm is based to the morals and integrity in which we strive to facilitate the successful developments in a manner in which cost is not a problem in the construction process as this is normally the area of most disputes.
We are currently located in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Ballito
